The 2011 Corpus Linguistics conference was held in Birmingham 20-22 July 2011. The conference theme was 'Discourse and Corpus Linguistics'.
The plenary speakers for this event were:

Conference proceedings
As in previous years, we will be publishing the Proceedings of CL2011 in the form of an online archive (see http://cl2011.org.uk/archives.html for links to previous Proceedings archives). This archive will contain the Abstract of every presentation (full paper, poster, pecha kucha, workshop or contribution to a colloquium) at the conference, but we hope that you will consider submitting a full paper for inclusion in the Archive.
Please send your submission to Nicholas Groom at n.w.groom@bham.ac.uk or Oliver Mason at o.j.mason@gmail.com. The deadline for full paper submissions is 1st October 2011. Papers received will be subject to a 'light revisions' editorial process, and we plan to upload the Proceedings archive to the Web by 30th November 2011.
